| Description / Combinations | Clear and ruby, Podicerri is almost impenetrable, with violet reflections, structured and consistent with a deep and generous nose reminiscent of a florist's shop, small red fruits and cooking spices. In the mouth, a good perception of alcohol and moderate roundness counterbalance the strong acidity, non-trivial tannin and moderate sapidity that hint at the still young age of this wine that will be able to give its best in some time. To be paired with Bolognese lasagna, lamb scottadito, stew with truffles. |
